Last day at work

Two hours to go, that's all the work I have left as a single person. When I come back I'll have my diamond on my finger and a husband. EEEKK. A little hard to imagine.

Most of you know I have been nursing a sinus infection for more than six weeks - since before Jaime became a Zess. I am off to the pharmacy again today after work for three more drugs - something has got to get me feeling better before Saturday.

Aubrey gets to Chicago today and is going to buy a car. I can't wait to see her tomorrow - we get to go pick up our rings, my dress and a bunch of other crazy last minute errands!!

Eighteen months of planning and it's all going to come down to 24 of the best hours of my life.

10 days...

Can you believe it? 10 more days and we'll no longer be Anna Kostopoulos & David Janusz. Nope, we'll be Mr. & Mrs. David and Anna Janusz. YIKES! Crazy!

Details for the wedding are coming along so well. One thing at a time. My dress is perfect, the DJ is pumped, the photographer has his list of 8 million photos I want. The wedding party has their schedules and list of important phone numbers. Mom and I are finishing the favors tonight and the programs and seating chart/placecards will be done this weekend.

Y'all this is getting exciting and I am expecting ALL of you out on the dance floor with me - we are going to DANCE the night away! We have an awesome DJ and I can't even wait to celebrate! David and I just pulled out our first photo together from 10 years ago - we have been thinking about this day for a very long time.

Wear comfortable shoes because we're going to PARTY!

Move In Date: Sept. 9

Apparently God doesn't think we have enough to do on September 9 - it has just become our move-in date for David!

So, it looks like moving, practice makeup, shower, bachelor/bachelorette parties are on the docket for that day! Should be exciting! David and I bought three new lamps the other night and I'm so excited to start putting a room together!

If you're staying over on the 9th after the party be prepared with a sleeping bag, cause we're camping out in the living room! I promise to bring toilet paper!

and the winner is....1

I know, I know, it sounds crazy, but yes, David and I have decided to live in a one bedroom apartment. We're hoping that if we suck it up and deal with the small space (and cheaper rent) now, we'll be able to move out into something more ideal sooner.

Last weekend we also picked up the couch that Emily bought from a friend and is letting us use. So here's where we sit with furniture:

Couch - check
Mattress & box spring - check

Still need:
Bed frame
Coffee/end tables
Chair/recliner....
Kitchen table and chairs
TV stand/entertainment center

If you know of someone looking to give away or cheaply sell any of these items, let us know!

I can't wait for Saturday - Kristin's doing my practice wedding 'do!

one bedroom or 2??

We have an apartment! We've been approved! Now we just have to decide whether to save money and live in a one bedroom place or spend a bit more and have an extra room, door and closet....David could really use the office space, but we could save money...it's a dilemma! Also, the one bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd....

The apartment is on Honey Creek Road, just off of Hwy 120, just south of the free way...we can't wait to live there! The building is BRAND new - opening on September 1 - just in time for David to move in, Aubrey to visit on September 9 and us to live there! Could things be falling into place any better!?!?

Got thoughts on the bedroom dilemma? Let me know!

Marriage Counseling -- DONE!

Well, after months of meeting with our pastor Garth, his wife Rachel, and having dinner with their kids, Wyatt, Emma, Sophie and Kale, we are DONE with marriage counseling.

Last night's session was about sex. Yes, it was uncomfortable, who wants to talk with their pastor about this kind of thing? We did read through a very nice passage of scripture, though. If you're married, you might want to check it out: Song of Solomon 7. It's meant only for you married folk, remember that.

So, now, David and I can officially be married in the Evangelical Free church in front of God and our families and live happily ever after!! What a great feeling! Did you know the wedding is only 80 days away? That's it! That's all!

After much pain and agony, many decisions and then changing of my mind; I have finally chosen the bridesmaid dresses! It was such a hard choice, but we were actually able to find something that looks great on all of the girls and is such OH SO super CUTE! I can't wait for the big day so y'all can see JUST how fabulous they all look!

Here's a sneak peek of the dress on a dress model. It looks much better on my girls!
