Y'all realize we're at 199 days until the DAY, right?

So Emily woke up this morning and staggered downstairs all excited, "There's only 199 days until the wedding!"

She had counted the days on her cell phone--and why, I don't know, but it got me SO excited. I can't wait to be a wife and have a husband. Seriously, getting married to David is the best decision I've ever made in my life.

So, you're probably thinking that 199 days sound like a lot, but think about how fast the month of March has FLOWN by!

Before we know it David will be done student teaching, summer will be over, Jaime will be married and then I will be putting on my dress (go ahead, let out a little shriek), having my hair done and saying "I DO!"

A cake...I think we have one!

So, I got an e-mail last night from Ashley, the woman who I think is going to be making our wedding cake. I sent her some photos of cakes that I like, and we're taking a few of them and twisting them all together and making the most perfect cake! I can't wait to talk with her next week about cost and the exact finished product that we're going for.

In other news, I have found the labels needed to finish the favors and cannot wait to get those designed and printed. Then it will be divide and conquer for getting all of the labels applied.

We've also come up with the C-U-T-E-S-T idea for placecards. But, unlike every other wedding details, which I have freely given to you all on this blog, I am keeping this a secret. It's just TOO good.

211 days!!

Wedding Party

Well, after all of the stress and pondering, the decision has been made. In no particular order, my bridesmaid are:

Choosing our wedding party was a very difficult decision; particularly for me: I am blessed with so many sisters and cousins and friends! I don't know what I would do without any of you and I am so excited that y'all will be with me for the big day (even if you don't have to stand at the front, walk with someone you don't know and buy a dress you didn't get to pick out.--See, not being a bmaid isn't so bad after all!)
